Juice Preparation Units
The system is designed for preparing fruit juice before pasteurisation unit. Final product is obtained as blending of three components of fruit juice, water, syrup and fruit concentrate, according to the recipe. The system consists of control panel, sugar dissolving unit, concentrate dosing line and final product tanks.
In addition, sugar dissolving unit consists of two tanks, a heat exchanger, a filter group and a valve matrix.
